This article briefly describes the Armenian architectural heritage pre­ser­vation and restoration experience based on a period of cultural under­stan­ding, appreci­ation, provision and use of principles. An attempt is made ​​to identify international agreements of historic preservation provisions, ad­vanced techno­logy and technical methods of combining resources and traditional construction art. The author underlines also the importance of prep­aring specialists for the fu­ture.
