This is the first time that the “Hour of Rest” in the Armenian rite is presented in Italian.

In order to explain certain concepts, we chose to include in the preface all references to the psalms used during the service, the biblical quotations from both the Old and the New Testaments, as well as the most beautiful prayers by Grigor of Narek (951-1003) and Nerses Shnorhali (1102-1173).
